一， 使用方基于本模型应用，生成的图像，文本，内容由使用方自行维护并对其独立判断后使用，使用方需在遵守法律法规下正当使用，基于本模型应用生成内容产生的任何知识产权问题均由使用方承担负责。

二， 使用方需对生成内容负责，本工作室对由此造成的任何结果或损失概不负责。不允许任何团体或个人将本模型应用集成，调用，融合等技术手段用于任何第三方软件，服务项目中。

三， 不允许任何直接间接、明示或暗示方式向其他任何第三方披露生成内容与本模型应用的关联性，不允许任何团体或个人将本模型应用于商业用途（包括但不限于文生图、图生图、所有涉及AIGC线上线下以营利为目的行为）。

使用方参与生成，生图使用视为默认遵循本协议细则， 若违反本协议所造成的风险，法律后果均由使用方自行承担，使用方任何基于本模型应用行为导致本工作室造成损失，本工作室有权向使用方追究责任并赔偿损失。
